Ishwari Sandrine is a strategic leadership coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Vistara Consulting Group who helps conscious business owners and entrepreneurs scale their impact and bottom line. Her expertise bridges business strategy, integral leadership, and mindset transformation, guiding mission-driven leaders to align purpose with practical execution.
With over 20 years of experience spanning leadership development, marketing systems, and business operations, she knows firsthand the cost of unsustainable growth—a decade-long battle with a severe autoimmune health challenge and burnout taught her that success without systems leads to collapse.
Sandrine holds an MBA and is completing her doctorate in strategic leadership, bringing both academic rigor and real-world experience to her direct, results-focused coaching approach.
